Ghadeer Al-Essa, CEO and Founder of AITC
Ghadeer Al-Essa is the founder and CEO of AITC and is based in Kuwait. An economist by profession, she has a master’s degree in Economics. In her years working as a senior research associate, she worked with international businesses and specialized in business development. Having experienced transformation in her own life, she now seeks to provide the same opportunity to others. In 2005, Ghadeer studied to become certified as an MBTI Personality Type International Practitioner. In 2006, she worked with Paul McKenna in the UK to become certified as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) trainer. In 2007, she was certified by Dr. Patricia Crane, author of Ordering from the Cosmic Kitchen, to run Heal Your Life© (HYL) courses and then received another certificate when she completed the Coach Training Program. Ghadeer runs inspiring courses, based on the work of the above practitioners, as well as the work of Louise L. Hay, the US-based motivational author and speaker best known for her 1984 book, You Can Heal Your Life. Ghadeer works with individuals, couples and families. Her training with internationally renowned trainers and coaches, coupled with her background in economics and business development, bring a refreshing, no-nonsense blend of the spiritual and the practical to her services. Ghadeer has an uncanny ability to inspire and motivate people to set and achieve their goals and to pursue contentment and a deep, lasting satisfaction in life.
